Donna Izobella

After decades in the trenches of business growth, Donna created two multidimensional frameworks, EQ Brilliance™ and The Brilliance Co Operating System™ (tbcOS™), to transform how founders evolve as leaders, make decisions, and grow their companies.

Her work sits at the intersection of business and consciousness: building companies with structure, rhythm, and precision, while elevating leaders with emotional intelligence, clarity, and heart.

The Journey

Donna began her career in accounting, but quickly saw that numbers weren’t the problem, leadership was. Businesses stumbled not because of spreadsheets, but because leaders lacked clarity, confidence, and the structures to sustain growth.

This realisation sparked a 25+ year journey into leadership, decision-making, neurosciences, and emotional intelligence. Alongside academic study, Donna immersed herself in blending strategy with human insight. From running her own startup companies, to being mentored by and working alongside some of the best in the world, she has experienced first hand what works, and what doesn't.

The result: a body of work that equips leaders to grow their companies without losing themselves in the process.

She is also the Master Trainer for Wealth and Talent Dynamics, accrediting Performance Consultants for Entrepreneurs Institute (GeniusU) globally.
