The Journey

Originally trained as an accountant, I approach business with a fundamental lens of Precision. I realised early on that while numbers record the story, Transformation happens at the level of the decision.

For more than three decades I've worked alongside founders navigating growth, people, complexity and leadership pressure. From building and running my own companies to advising CEOs across industries, I've seen firsthand what sustains performance and what quietly erodes it.

Businesses don't stumble because of spreadsheets.

They stumble when leaders carry too many unresolved decisions, soften standards or delay clarity.

I created Complexity Audit™, a 2-hour strategic diagnostic to identify the 'Complexity Wall', this is the specific structural gaps that appear as an enterprise scales.

Integrated Leadership

Alongside my commercial work, I trained in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and created The Brilliance Method™. A navigation system for self-awareness, pattern interruption, and emotional resilience.

Sustainable performance requires both structure and self-mastery.
