We map your position on The Brilliance Arc and identify the specific areas that need attention now - not everything, just the right things, at the right time.

Your Leadership Profile.

You also receive a Wealth Dynamics profile test to complete, together with a group debrief session.

This is a really useful lens to help you understand how you naturally operate, where friction tends to appear, and how to align your decisions and actions more effectively.

It adds another layer of perception to how you lead and learn.

Monthly 2-hour session, held online. Led by Donna Izobella, CEO Advisor and Founder of The Brilliance Co.

SIZE

Limited to 10 Founders. The size is deliberate. It's what makes this work.

COMMITMENT

6 months. Because this kind of work doesn't come from a single conversation. It comes from rhythm, consistency, and the accumulation of decisions made well over time.

INVESTMENT

Founding member rate.

$500 AUD per month - billed monthly over six months.

$2,500 AUD upfront - saves $500 across the 6-month cycle.

At the end of each cycle, you decide whether to continue.
